How the Legacy Growth business works
Everything on this page is read directly from the plan the system actually uses. It explains what you pay, what each bonus is, when it is paid and what the rewards are.
The registration package
One Partner account costs ₦60,000. You can buy several accounts in one payment — four accounts is ₦240,000 and thirteen accounts is ₦780,000. The price per account is the same, there is no discount.
Each account you register includes:
- Selected Legacy Growth products, or ₦12,000 credited to your Legacy Growth Products Only wallet. This is spending credit for Legacy Growth products. It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
- Your own Partner webpage and unique sharing link
- Your place in the system for participation in approved profit sharing
Bonus 1
Referral bonus
When someone you personally introduce registers, you earn ₦5,194 from that registration. It is paid once per registration, to the person who introduced them.
Bonus 2 & 3
Level bonus and match sales bonus
Your team is built in a 3-wide structure with 18 levels. Every time a new Partner registers anywhere beneath you, you earn a level bonus for the level they land on.
The match sales bonus is a second, separate payment on the same level. It is earned when the matching activity on that level is completed, and it rewards you for helping your team duplicate rather than only recruiting.

Each amount is earned per person who registers on that level under you. Amounts shown are per registration, before any applicable deductions.
Bonus 4
Stage incentives and rewards
Your 18 levels are grouped into stages of three levels. A stage closes on its final level, and every position that fills on that level pays you a stage incentive. Positions that are never filled are never paid.
Stage incentives are not paid as withdrawable cash. They build up in your Rewards record, and when you reach the stage you request the reward for that stage. Each reward is verified and approved before it is delivered.

Bonus 5
What each registration shares out
From the sharing amount of every single registration, these fixed positions are paid:
- The new Partner receives ₦2,040 into their own account.
- Level one referrer: ₦510.
- Level two referrer: ₦306.
- Global pool for the country: ₦2,040.
- Sub distributor ₦714, state distributor ₦510 and national distributor ₦306 for the pickup territory. These distributor amounts are held and only released after the customer has actually collected the products.
Your level one and level two referrers are permanent. They are set when you register and they do not change afterwards.
Product sales
How product sales pay level one and level two
Product earning is shared from the profit on an order — the selling price less the full landing cost — not from the selling price. Sharing happens when an order is paid for with money, and the portion of an order paid from a Products Only wallet is excluded, because that money was already shared at registration.
As a worked example, on ₦10,000 of profit from an order, the positions are paid:
- Level one referrer of the buyer: ₦500
- Level two referrer of the buyer: ₦300
- Global pool: ₦2,000
- Sub distributor ₦700, state distributor ₦500, national distributor ₦300 — held until the customer collects the goods
The remaining profit goes to the company, shareholders and investors under the approved sharing plan. The figures above scale with the actual profit on the order, so a larger order pays proportionally more and a smaller one pays proportionally less.
Distribution
Distributor positions
Distributor positions are separate from an ordinary Partner account. They are applied for, reviewed and approved by Legacy Growth, with proof of address, shop photographs and branding. There is no code that activates a distributorship — payment only follows approval.

- State distributor: ₦1,000,000
- National distributor: ₦5,000,000
- The global position is not available.
Distributors are the pickup points. When a customer picks up their order and confirms collection with their private collection code, the held distributor amounts are released to the distributor line that actually handed over the goods.
Getting paid
Wallets and withdrawals
Each account has two separate wallets. The Products Only wallet can only be spent on Legacy Growth products and can never be withdrawn. Bonus earnings sit in your withdrawable wallet.
The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000 and a withdrawal charge of ₦500 applies. If you hold several accounts, each account keeps its own wallets and records, and you can combine their balances at checkout.
Amounts on this page are the current approved plan figures and can be changed by Legacy Growth for future registrations. Earnings depend entirely on real registrations and real product sales in your own business. Business participation does not guarantee income. Results depend on individual activity, sales, market conditions and the applicable business structure.
